"Pretty good, but shipping dragged!!!"
I ordered from eco-chic.xyz and overall it was okay!!! The item itself looked really nice and I’m happy with how it turned out, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would!!! The updates were also kind of slow, so I was left wondering what was going on for a bit!!! Not a bad experience, just not super amazing either!!!

"Showed up way sooner than expected!"
I thought I’d be waiting a bit, but my order from eco-chic.xyz got to me in just a few days :)
The tracking updated like it should, and the package even arrived before the estimated date. Super easy, no hassle, just fast shipping! I’d definitely order again.

"Not the best quality, sadly"
I ordered a shirt it felt cheap as soon as I got it. The stitching was a bit loose, the fabric was thinner than I expected, and after just one wash it looked even worse. I really wanted to like it, haha, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Used to be more my style"
I feel like the design used to be better, or at least a lot cleaner. Now it just comes across kind of messy and not really my style at all.

"Kind of too expensive for what it is"
I thought the stuff looked decent when I saw it online, but when it actually showed up, it just felt kind of cheap to me. Like, not terrible maybe, but for the price I paid, I was expecting better. I don’t really feel like it was worth the money, honestly.

"Still kinda undecided"
I’m still not totally sure how I feel about this brand yet. The website looks okay and I didn’t see anything that felt super sketchy, but I also couldn’t find enough clear info to feel completely comfortable. I’d probaly start with a small order first before spending too much

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order arrived fine and nothing was damaged, which I’m definitely glad about. But the box was a bit dented and the packing inside felt messy. I guess I expected something a little more polished from eco-chic.xyz, so the packaging didn’t quite match what I had in mind.

"Everything was right, just wish tracking was better"
I’m particular about getting exactly what I ordered, especially with sizes, and my order from eco-chic.xyz checked out fine. All the items were correct, and the sizes matched what I picked. I did take a few minutes to go through everything just to make sure, but there weren’t any issues. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the shipping updates could’ve been clearer. Overall, though, I got what I paid for...

"Nice hoodie, shipping was a little slow"
I really liked the bamboo hoodie — it’s soft and feels great. The only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Looked cute, but honestly didn’t hold up"
I bought a bag from eco-chic.xyz and, like, at first I really thought it was super cute. But after about two weeks, the fabric started fraying, which was disappointing. I wasn’t even being rough with it or anything, so yeah, it just kind of felt like the material wasn’t great. It looks nice when you first get it, but it ends up feeling kind of cheap

"Refund was handled quickly"
I had to return an item to Eco-chic and, from the tone of their replies, I assumed it might be a bit of a back-and-forth. But it actually went smoothly. The refund took a few days to come through, but there was no hassle in the end.

"Clear sourcing, but missing a few details"
I thought the sourcing information was easy to find and straightforward, which I appreciated. I just wish there were a bit more detail about the suppliers themselves. That feels like a preventable gap, especially since the rest of the info is presented well. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid experience, just not quite perfect.

"Wanted to believe in it, but I’m not fully convinced"
I bought a hoodie from Eco-chic because I liked the whole eco-friendly idea, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting the claims without looking into them more. The hoodie itself is okay and shipping was normal, so no big issue there. But the sustainability stuff felt really vague, like there wasn’t much proof or detail to back it up. I’d feel a lot better if they were more transparent about where things come from and how they’re actually eco-friendly. Giving it 3 stars for now.

"Just an easy site to use"
I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded just fine. Checkout was simple too. It’s a nice, clean site, and I liked that there weren’t any annoying popups getting in the way.
